Refund Policy

At Artdez Studio, we strive to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with our products and services. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we have created this refund policy to outline the circumstances under which refunds may be provided.

Digital Products (Designs, Graphics, Templates, etc.)

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided after the product has been downloaded or delivered. However, we may consider issuing a refund under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Error in the Product: If the product you purchased is defective, missing files, or does not function as described, we will issue a full refund or provide an alternative solution.
  • Product Not as Described: If the product you purchased is not as described or doesn’t meet the specifications provided on the product page, we will consider a refund request within 14 days of purchase.

Services (Web Development, Design, Digital Marketing, etc.)

For services such as web development, branding, or digital marketing, refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Project Delays: If we fail to meet the agreed-upon timeline or project milestones without prior notification and agreement, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the scope of work completed.
  • Unsatisfactory Work: If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach an acceptable solution or adjustment, we may provide a refund for the unused portion of the service.
  • Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a project or service, please inform us in writing at least 7 days prior to the start of the work. Cancellations after this time may result in a partial refund depending on the work completed.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at admin@artdezstudio.com with the following details:

  • Order number (for digital products)
  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  • Supporting evidence (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Products or services that have been fully utilized or downloaded
  • Services that have been completed and approved by the client

Final Decision

All refund requests are subject to review, and the final decision will be made by Artdez Studio. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests if we believe they are not valid according to our policy.
